From our fully equipped workshop, we are also able to fabricate and supply a full range of cattle handling race components to fit with and enhance the performance of our range of HTL hooftrimming crushes, together with other yard gates and penning.
Ensuring cattle are held in a secure and controlled environment, not only increases the safety of the operator and personnel but also keeps cattle calm and moving forward in an efficient manner.
ALUMINIUM RACE HURDLES AND HOOPS
8ft Aluminium Race Hurdles provide a lightweight, yet strong, option for contract trimmers to carry a ‘readymade’ race system with them from farm to farm, with our HTL U-Shape Trailer able to carry six in total, either side of the HTL Pro or HTL Pro Plus.
The aluminium Race Hoops allow two gates to be joined together, whilst also providing the much-needed stability to a longer race. HTL NO-BACKER
The strong and revolutionary HTL No-Backer is designed to fit into a race system, so cattle are only able to move forward in a single direction. Once cattle have passed through the sprung no-return bar, they are then not able back-up and out of a race.
By ensuring there is always a cow waiting in a race, cattle remain calmer, cow-flow is much improved and the whole trimming process is more efficient and less labour intensive.
The HTL No-Backer can be fabricated to work from either the left or right of any race and, with just a few required measurements, we can ensure we provide you with one to suit your own cattle handling race system.
YARD GATES
If you are looking for a yard gate that is not your normal ‘off the peg size’ please get in touch as we have the facilities to fabricate gates of any size and to any design.
With our high-tech plasma machines also able to plasma out intricate designs or lettering, perhaps a personalised entrance yard gate will make you stand out from the rest!
