Table Plasma

At Hooftrimming Ltd, we utilize state-of-the-art cutting technology to provide precise and efficient metal fabrication. Our Hypertherm high-definition table plasma can cut a range of materials, including Aluminium, Stainless Steel, and Mild Steel. The table plasma can accommodate metal sheets up to 1.5m x 3m in size, with the following maximum thicknesses:

• Aluminium: 30mm
• Stainless Steel: 40mm
• Mild Steel: 50mm

We accept work in the form of DXF files, or we can create drawings from existing sketches, photos, or provided measurements. The high-definition plasma cutting capability allows for precise features, such as bolt holes and other critical design elements, to be incorporated accurately into your project.

Tube Plasma

In addition to our table plasma, we also operate a Morgan Rushworth Tube and Profile Plasma. This advanced machine enables precise tube plasma profiling for round, square, and rectangular tubes. The combination of mechanized air plasma cutting with CNC automation and nesting offers cost-effective and highly efficient tube processing.

With a tube capacity of up to 150mm and the ability to process tubes up to 7 meters in length, our Morgan Rushworth machine is versatile and capable of handling a wide range of tube profiles. The system, paired with the durable Hypertherm Powermax technology, streamlines manual processes such as sawing and drilling into one seamless CNC-controlled operation.

We can also engrave part numbers or other details directly onto the parts during the cutting process, adding further precision and clarity to your project.
