20 Years of Hooftrimming Ltd – What a Journey!
Back in 2002, Steve started out foot trimming with a simple idea and a lot of determination. While trimming, he began experimenting with crush designs, developing one purely for his own use. Other trimmers soon noticed what he was doing and started asking to buy one too… and that’s where it all began.
Running the business from his dining room table, things quickly snowballed. Fast forward to today and we now operate from a 10,000 square foot workshop, with our own dedicated team of engineers producing a comprehensive range of crushes — from farmer crushes to professional contracting crushes.
Our crushes are now used all over the world, including New Zealand, Dubai, Japan, Saudi Arabia, the Netherlands and many more.
In 2010 we diversified again, investing heavily into agricultural contracting. This side of the business has grown hugely and become incredibly busy — so much so that in recent years Steve has had to take a step back from trimming.
From one man, one idea, and a dining room table… to the market leading producer of British made Hooftrimming crushes — we couldn’t have done it without the support of our customers, suppliers, and team over the last 20 years.
